How Much Will I Spend?

Every event is unique — but our pricing is simple.
We charge a flat rate of $999 for a 4-hour event with up to 100 guests.

To keep our rates low, we accept Zelle, cash, or check at this price.
Credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee.


Can I Guarantee My Favorite Photographer?

Photographer Selection Made Easy
We’ll assign a photographer for your event, but we encourage you to browse our Photographers page and share your top choices.

To guarantee a specific photographer, a $300 reservation fee will be added to your invoice.
Want to avoid the fee? Simply select your top two favorites — if your first choice isn’t available, there’s no charge.
If the reserved photographer becomes unavailable, the fee is fully refundable.


Can I Meet My Photographer?

Do You Print Albums?

We don’t, but you can.

What's the Catch?

You're only responsible for local sales tax, where applicable.
While not required, a gratuity of 15–22% is a thoughtful way to show appreciation for your photographer's work.
If you prefer, gratuity can be added to your invoice in advance..
